Terms of delivery

Delivery Area
 

We deliver our products within Austria, Germany, and Switzerland. Please note that alcoholic products can currently only be shipped within Austria, to Germany, and to Switzerland. For deliveries to third countries (outside the EU) and for wholesale, please send an individual inquiry.

Shipping Costs
 

Shipping costs within Austria are a flat rate of 5 Euros. For orders of 3 bottles or more, delivery within Austria is free of charge.

For deliveries to Germany, shipping costs are 9.90 Euros. For orders of 3 bottles or more, delivery to Germany is also free of charge.

For deliveries to Switzerland, shipping costs are 12 CHF. Goods are shipped without VAT. Please note that import VAT and spirits duty may apply to customers in Switzerland.

Delivery Times
 

The delivery time for orders within Austria is usually 2-5 working days after receipt of payment. For deliveries to Germany, the delivery time is 4-9 working days. For deliveries to Switzerland, the delivery time can be up to 10 working days. Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays.

Shipping Partner
 

Depending on the size and delivery country, your packages will be shipped with Austrian Post, DPD Weinlogistik, or another reliable shipping partner. We always choose the optimal shipping partner to ensure fast and secure delivery of your order.

Tracking
 

As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email. This email will also contain a tracking link from the respective shipping partner, allowing you to check the current status of your delivery at any time.

Partial Deliveries
 

Should an item in your order not be immediately available, we reserve the right to send the goods in partial deliveries. In this case, you will not be charged any additional shipping costs.
